We absolutely love recruitment, it's an industry that our team has been working in for the last 15 years, either as recruitment agency Directors or corporate hiring managers. We're also massive fans of video, it's such a powerful and brilliant tool for story telling and delivering authentic content that talent communities love so much. So i guess for us, setting up a specialist video agency for the talent space was always going to be the dream. We now get to do what we love every day and that's help awesome businesses build their brands, deliver life changing opportunities to candidates and humanise their recruiting with video.
